We observe, in particular, the high security standards of the Federal Data Protection Act, the Telemedia Act, and the EU General Data Protection Regulation for Telecommunications Services. Data Controller

Data is processed on this website by Esther Fortmann, the website operator. The operator´s contact details can be found in the website’s required legal notice.

Data Collection

With the help of server log files of Netcup, the user behavior of all users is anonymized and used exclusively for statistical purposes, and collected for the technical optimization of the website.

The data includes, for example, the type of web browser, the related operating system, the requested website or file, the time of access, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and IP address in anonymous form (used only to determine the location of access). The evaluation does not allow any conclusions about the access behavior of individual persons.

Duration of storage
After the end of the purpose for which the data was collected, we only save your personal data for as long as this is required by law (in particular, tax law).

Collection and Handling of Personal Data

Personal data is all information that allows one to draw conclusions about the visitor’s identity. Esther Fortmann will only collect, use, and disclose personal data if this is permitted by law or if the visitor consents to the data collection.

Contact Form

If a visitor contacts Esther Fortmann via the contact form, the data entered by the visitor will be stored for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on to third parties without the visitor’s consent.

The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively based on the visitor’s consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). The visitor can revoke this consent at any time. An informal message by email to the contact details provided in the legal notice, emailaddress, is sufficient for this purpose. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by the visitor in the contact form will remain with Esther Fortmann until the visitor requests deletion, revokes the consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after completion of processing the inquiry). Third Party Services

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google, operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”) and collects and stores data via this web analysis service, from which usage profiles are made using pseudonyms to be created. The usage profiles created in this way serve to evaluate visitor behavior in order to design and improve the offerings presented on this website as required. Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, small text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address is only transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. The usage profiles managed under a pseudonym are also not merged with the personal data about the user without the express and separately declared consent of the user. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website (including your IP address) and from processing this data by Google by clicking on the following link (http: // tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de) download and install the available browser plug-in.
You can view Google’s data protection information at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. You can find more information on the terms of use and data protection at http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or at http://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html. We would like to point out that Google Analytics has been expanded to include the code “anonymizeIp” on this website in order to ensure an anonymous collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking).

Using the links will take you to the respective websites of the third party providers (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google+) and you can also share our content. As soon as you have accessed the third-party provider’s site, you are in the area of responsibility of the respective third-party provider, so that their data protection declaration and their declarations on the use of data also apply. We have no influence on this, but we recommend that you log out of the respective third-party provider before using a corresponding link in order to avoid unnecessary data transfer, so that usage profiles cannot be created by the third-party provider just by using the link.
